All regular catalog items must be paid in full at time of order. Custom signs will require a deposit BEFORE designs are drawn and emailed for approval. Final payment is required before orders are shipped.

Custom orders do take longer, so if you are interested in placing an order for a gift please place the order as soon as possible, and let us know the date in which you need the order. Custom orders can take anywhere from 3-8 weeks.
